Double Rail Hoist
For the ACE double rail system, the hoist is suspended between two crane tracks that are suspended in tandem. Because the loads are distributed more fairly, the building structure is under less stress. More suspension spacing can be accommodated. The highest hook position is increased over the monorail system with the hoist, an ACE electric chain hoist, suspended between the track profiles.
The wire rope stationary hoist, also known as the fixed electric wire rope hoist, and the double rail hoist trolley frame make up the majority of the double girder hoist trolley. In the upper, lower, left, and right positions of the hoist trolley, the wire rope stationary hoist can be mounted directly on the frame at a distance of four feet. The double girder hoist crane's lifting mechanism, which can handle weights in upper and lower, left and right movements, is the double rail hoist trolley system.
