Cranes
The most popular type of crane for lifting and moving loads in factories is the Electric Overhead Traveling ACE Crane. There is a traveling bridge that spans the space between their parallel runways. This bridge is where the hoist is fixed. Electricity can be used to operate these cranes.
Each crane undergoes stringent quality checks and adheres to international safety standards, ensuring operational reliability and the safety of your workforce. Our team comprises skilled engineers and technicians dedicated to providing exceptional service and support, from installation to maintenance and repairs.
Different types of cranes
Single Girder Cranes
Single girder cranes can lift and move loads weighing between 250 kg and 15 tons over a span of 30 meters. They are made up of a single box girder that is supported by an end truck on each side. Single-girder cranes can be designed to run either under or over.

Two box girders that are free from torsion make up double girder cranes. Because of this, twin girder cranes are particularly well-suited for lifting and moving loads weighing more than 10 tons and spans greater than 25 meters. There are double girder overhead cranes that may span up to 40 meters and have load capacity of up to 300 tons.

An overhead crane with a single or double girder setup supported by independent legs that travel on wheels, a rail system, or a track is called a Goliath Crane (sometimes called a Gantry Crane). A specialized high-torque motor with a high weight carrying capability installed on the girders moves the lifting axis.

Semi-Goliath cranes are made up of one or more horizontal lifting beams supported by one raised rail, like those found in overhead crane systems, and one floor mounted rail, like those found in typical gantry crane designs.
